(III. 11.) Korm. rendelet (Korm. rendelet) szerint. A kihirdetett vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet, valamint a vesz\u00e9lyhelyzettel kihirdetett egyes korm\u00e1nyrendeletek hat\u00e1lya a koronav\u00edrus elleni v\u00e9dekez\u00e9sr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2020. \u00e9vi XII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9nnyel meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9sre, meghosszabb\u00edt\u00e1sra ker\u00fclt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A katasztr\u00f3fav\u00e9delemr\u0151l \u00e9s a hozz\u00e1 kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 egyes t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyek m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CXXVIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (Kat.) \u2013 mint sarkalatos t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u2013 46. \u00a7 (4) bekezd\u00e9se alapj\u00e1n vesz\u00e9lyhelyzetben a telep\u00fcl\u00e9si \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat k\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclet\u00e9nek, a f\u0151v\u00e1rosi, megyei k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9snek feladat- \u00e9s hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9t a polg\u00e1rmester, illetve a f\u0151polg\u00e1rmester, a megyei k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s eln\u00f6ke gyakorolja. Ennek keret\u00e9ben nem foglalhat \u00e1ll\u00e1st \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny \u00e1tszervez\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l, megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l, ell\u00e1t\u00e1si, szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si k\u00f6rzeteir\u0151l, ha a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s a telep\u00fcl\u00e9st is \u00e9rinti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Jelenlegi helyzet, javaslat<\/u>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2020. \u00e9vi LVII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny, valamint a 2020. m\u00e1rcius 11-\u00e9n kihirdetett vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 282\/2020. (VI. 17.) Korm. rendelet alapj\u00e1n a k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges jogrend 2020. j\u00falius 18. napj\u00e1val visszavon\u00e1sra ker\u00fclt, melyre tekintettel sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges a helyi vesz\u00e9lyhelyzeti rendelkez\u00e9sekr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 39\/2020. (V. 4.) polg\u00e1rmesteri hat\u00e1rozat, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a 47\/2020. (V. 21.) polg\u00e1rmesteri hat\u00e1rozat hat\u00e1lyon k\u00edv\u00fcl helyez\u00e9se, visszavon\u00e1sa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A k\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclet el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9seinek id\u0151beli el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben javasolt tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a 2020. \u00e9vi munkaterv m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sa, fel\u00fclvizsg\u00e1lata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00e9rem a Tisztelt K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fcletet, hogy a kihirdetett vesz\u00e9lyhelyzetre val\u00f3 tekintettel a Kat. 46. \u00a7 (4) bekezd\u00e9se alapj\u00e1n \u00e1truh\u00e1zott polg\u00e1rmesteri hat\u00e1sk\u00f6rben hozott d\u00f6nt\u00e9sre vonatkoz\u00f3 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st elfogadni sz\u00edveskedjen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>65\/2020. Korm. rendelet hat\u00e1lyveszt\u00e9s\u00e9re tekintettel, a vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2020. \u00e9vi LVII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny, valamint a 2020. m\u00e1rcius 11-\u00e9n kihirdetett vesz\u00e9lyhelyzet megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 282\/2020. (VI. 17.) Korm. rendelet alapj\u00e1n \u2013 a k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges jogrend 2020. j\u00falius 18. napi megsz\u0171n\u00e9s\u00e9vel egyidej\u0171leg \u2013 2020. j\u00fanius 18. napj\u00e1t\u00f3l visszavonja a 39\/2020. (V. 4.) polg\u00e1rmesteri hat\u00e1rozat, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a 47\/2020. (V. 21.) polg\u00e1rmesteri hat\u00e1rozat rendelkez\u00e9seit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hajd\u00fas\u00e1mson V\u00e1ros \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzata K\u00e9pvisel\u0151-test\u00fclet\u00e9nek a 2020. \u00e9vi munkaterv\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 257\/2019.
